Hiya,
Interested to know whether anyone else gets quite intense pain like clockwork every morning when they wake up? Or any ideas what this could mean?
Usually around my left ovary, sometimes radiates across, but usually left focused. I wake up with this pain every single day really intrigued if anyone else has had this and what this pain might be from.
Stage 3 endo, lap was over 3 years ago, history of ovarian cysts.

Hi I've had this and still get it as it shoots to my legs also when emptying bowels also I dont know what stage I am yet.. havent been told that I dont know what it is I just think it's all do endometriosis my left side was mainly like that now its spread to my right side. I also get bad pain in my bottom back whole stomach and both my sides as well as my legs. Even when I walk a bit I'm in so much pain but my specialist dont care they just ignore me and dont take it serious. I ring and ring them and explain it's got worst they wont do anything. Gp wont even do anything either they just keep saying we have to wait to specialist gets back. I just suffer and deal with pain everyday and night. My hormones pain and bipolar with endometriosis mixed together is the worst I've ever experienced moods isnt good either. I hope they can get to bottom of yours and sort it out. And hopefully someone on here should reply to u due to some is more experienced and have had op sorry I'm not much help but plz do go bk to gp and get them to check it out.
How do you keep afloat with mental health and the pain? I'm really struggling at the moment to see hope. I'm in for my 5th lap on Thursday but I've lost hope that it's going to help with the pain
I dont I struggle alot I throw things around gets angry alot more. I had a mental break down couple weeks ago to point punch smash glass had all glass in my hands. I asked gp for my bipolar tablets back they wont give me them because past history . No one understands. I feel like I have no one. I just dont know how to cope with this because with this pain and mental together it's the worst combination anyone could go through. If a gp or hospital seen the way I was they would lock me in a mental hospital. They just dont care. It's like they just want people to struggle. No one really cares about me I know 100% of this because I see and hear alot of things. I've been treated like crap,used and abused. People took advantage and people control. Then they make u feel like your not mentally stable and that everything is your fault "that ur a psycho and that u need help blah blah blah. It's the doctors and hospitals fault why my body is damaged because of them. Other womens bodys is damaged because of them. As for mental health its very difficult down here they dont care until it's to late and ur dead.
I know your pain honestly GP told me to stop calling even when consultant hadn’t picked up phone for months. I get you this forum has helped me a lot and I feel so understood please try a TENS, raspberry leaf and ginger. I’ve stared cutting out gluten red meats and diary etc
Thank u. Gp dont understand or care it's just the way they are selfish people. It just feels like they favourite others then us its wrong ice went through hell and back with them and even the hospital. My bleeding is way more heavily. And I'm having massive clots back also again like before.

Sorry to hear you are in so much pain. I have similar symptoms each week. I have found that for hip and back pains yoga has really helped me. I suck at it but it feels really nice. If it is so intense that it is hurts to move i just try some light stretching even if its hurting it still helps relieve pain.
Yes I get it everyday usually at the night time have you tried talking to a gp

Do you ever just wonder what it would actually be like to not feel pain and exhaustion EVERY DAY!?
