Hi guys, hope everyone is ok!! I was just wondering if anyone has used a tens machine and whether they recommend for pain?? My pain doesn’t tend to be in my tummy, it’s more my pelvis, back and upper legs so unsure if it would work for this??

I have a tens machine - I got the Ova+ Tenscare and love it!

I am using the Ova + Tenscare. I find it is having an effect on the pain, which is mostly low down uterine pain and some pain in my right pelvis. It depends how you place the pads, and that can take a bit of adjusting. Personally I find the belt attachment doesn’t work, just keeps coming off. I am quite fat and mostly wear elastic aged waists to avoid pressure on my abdomen, so that is probably why.

The other thing I would say is that the connector between the cables from the pads and the Tens machine seems a bit fragile, the first one I had broke but it was replaced without charge by Amazon.
