Bleeding post Laproscopy excision and Mirena

I had a Laproscopy four weeks ago where quite a bit of endo was removed and a mirena coil fitted.

I had some spotting and then my period (I think) the week after my surgery. But then it seemed to stop.

This week I seem to have had bleeding again started off very light but last night it looked a bit like a (light) period although it is a week too early. Not much overnight or today and then seems to have got heavier now it is evening again. Looks like some small clots also coming out.

So not sure if that is normal or what is going on - is it my period, mirena or post op causing this!?

In terms of pain I am generally fine but achey round my stomach and back in the evenings. Also my tummy feels very uncomfortable particularly after eating like I have eaten too much and can’t go to the toilet!it sometimes causes pain down my legs. Not sure if that is because my bowel was stuck to my womb and had to be separated so now it is generally unhappy?!

Would be interested to know if anyone else has experienced any similar symptoms and if they can reassure me it is normal or part of the healing process?
