Prostap- does it stop period instantly? Side effect advise please...

Hi there,

I have had the prostap injection which seems to have stopped my period instantly, is this normal? I didn't get chance to discuss it much with the gynaecologist. I went for a review and I had it there and then. She said it was alternative to further surgery. Bit strange not knowing if I'll have a period or not.

Also I'm really tired and I had this horrible pain in my bone at night, I read this is a side effect, any advise on how to cope with this, it was quite extreme.
