Has anyone conceived after removal of ovarian cyst

Hi,

I had a laparoscopy in November last year with removal of a 13cm cyst from my left ovary, and the removal of my Fallopian tube to my right ovary( the ovary is stuck to my bowel and needs removing during further surgery). My periods have returned over the last 3 months, but I don’t know if I’m actually ovulating. Has anyone conceived naturally with just one ovary that was reconstructed after a cyst removal?

We’re looking into IVF and I’ve got a follicle scan Friday, but I’m so worried I’m going to be told the ovary’s too damaged and I’m not even ovulating.
