Does anyone have any experience with SIBO?

I am waiting for a laparoscopy to see if I can have Endo, in the meantime I have taken a SIBO test (did some research and found that a lot of women with endo/ IBS have SIBO) with a company online and tested positive, I tried the prescribed diet and supplements but haven't found an enormous amount of relief.

I am currently on the POP which mostly halts period symptoms except for occasional break through vaginal and rectal bleeding and the pain that comes with that. (suspected bowel/ rectovaginal endo)

However my bowel symptoms are severe every day. I have been told by GP's that it's IBS after a flexi sig and countless blood/ stool tests. I am now being referred to Gastro and hope to get some answers!

Has anyone been prescribed antibiotics for SIBO before? and if so have they helped? Any advice what to ask the specialist?

Thanks!
