Has anyone tried Agnus Castus for PMS/PMDD? Ive already tried evening primrose oil and it made no difference for me. I’m getting really bad breast pain 2 weeks prior to my periods and I’m also getting bad headaches effecting my eyes. I also have mood changes, all over body aches and bad fatigue prior to my periods. I’ve read that Agnus Castus can help normalise hormone levels and so can help with these symptoms.

I’ve also read that it can help with endo pain. Has it made any difference to anyone who has tried it with their endo pain or has it made no difference to this?

HiI've tried this and took it for almost three years, I found it really helped with my hormones and made a difference to my endo pains at the time. Still got the monthly headaches but they weren't as intense. Definitely worth looking into.
