I suffer from the same thing and take Serrapeptase daily. Its the only thing thats ever helped me. You can buy it from Holland & Barratt.

Hi, when i have hip pain i use tiger balm or a cheaper equivalent. Warm and cool compresses. Espom salts, be careful with tigerbalm as it can cause irritation especially on damp skin so try completely before using it.

My hip has started to flair this morning first time in a very long time. Hope you find relief! Xx

I use prescription pain medication and heat bags too. I also use a tens machine which I find can help (when used with, rather than instead of, other pain relief measures). If you are not familiar, you can get them at local places like a pharmacy (where mine came from) or on line.. Mine was maybe £20. I buy replacement pads on line in bulk as it is much cheaper that way.

Th ey have different patterns/rhythms and I find only one particular pattern works for me and that I need to play around with the placement of the pads as as little as a couple MM can be the difference between helping and not helping. I've found mine certainly helps me to cope better.

You may also be able to request a referral to a pain clinic, via your GP, to see if they can help too.

I hope you find what works best for you.

Hey there, I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing hip pain, I've had a similar experience and its very painful.

I was mainly using pain meds an heat pains to try and help before which wasn't helping all that much, or only helped if I was sitting down.

My problem turned out to be that a lot of my surrounds muscles in my hip and back were over contracting due to my endo and pelvic floor issues. When I started pelvic physio and remedial massage it helped a lot. I am know also seeing a regular physio.

Of course we are all different and what we experience is specific to us. But I would maybe consider seeing a physio with a background in women's health as it helped me a lot.

Good luck hun X

Oh I’d love a massage

I have found Pilates helps I can’t do loads as I have limited mobility but I try to do it once a week hoping to increase it to twice a week if I can find the time, I have also made changes to my diet but not seen any changes due to the diet yet xx
