How to ease the pain

Has anyone managed to find a way to help with the pain?

Doctors have put me on a few different painkillers over the last 2 year's, from Co-dydramol, naproxen, codine combined with paracetamol. Now I'm on Mefamics and I just can't fight through this pain anymore. ☹ was woundering if anyone had found something to numb it a bit or atleast make themselves more comfortable.

So sorry to hear you are in pain 😥 I am unfortunately in the same boat. I also take medanamic which help a little when I’m due on but not enough. I have read a few review about CBD oil helping with chronic pain and I think I am going to give that a go. So a bit of research and find a good provider as there are so many out there. Apparently the one from home and Barrett is mainly hemp oil so is very low dosage. I have read a few posts on here about it and have hear CBD brothers are a good one. Good luck xx

Had a look at the h&b 5% But there's some real poor reviews. The best stuff is in the USA

Yes I have heard the same Tessie70 about the H&B one. I think you would need to order it online. Or if you know of anyone who does reflexology or anything they sometimes supply it but they most probably order it online themselves x
