Postponed Surgery

Hiya, I've been told my surgery has to be postponed and they will follow me up in 4 to 6 months due to me having a previous infection in May which has cleared up now & apparently because I haven't been pregnant yet either everything down below isn't as sturdy as such and I am more prone to infection? Has anyone had this before? It's so upsetting as I was looking forward to getting answers sooner🥺

I’m so sorry this has happened, it must be so frustrating. I was waiting 7 months for my first surgery and it took a lot of chasing and phone calls to finally get a date. I can’t really offer any advice but just wanted to say hang in there and make sure you keep chasing them up and asking when you’ll get your surgery xxx
