Constant bloating - fed up! :(

Hi,

A little back story. I was diagnosed with mild peritoneum endo (more on the Right) back in Nov 2020 and had laparoscopic surgery.

I’ve been suffering with constant bloating since (before if was just after I ate but now I’m bloated even on waking). I have left lower pelvic pain and which is worse when coughing. The pain and bloating is worse before my period is due.

I had a abdominal ultrasound a couple of months ago which was normal.

It’s driving me insane so any advice on what to do in terms of getting a diagnosis or treatment would be much appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

Hi, I don’t really have any advice on the bloating but I just wanted to say I suffer from it to so your not alone. It’s horrible, I’m so self conscious about what I wear now, as I’m only a size 8 and then I have a big bloat. Maybe changing your diet? Cutting out gluten? I don’t know if these will work but it’s worth a try x
