Hi, I’m not 100% sure if I have endometriosis but i have many of the symptoms with the main ones being bloating and indegestion. I also have water retention under my eyes and around my body. When I drink water, it doesn’t feel like it’s going anywhere. I get frequent UTIs and get very bloated with every cup. With food it’s even worse. I am always bloated whether I consume a handful of nuts and rasins or eat an entire burger. It’s the same pain and bloating in slightly different frequencies. I’ve been going to acupuncture since December and it helps a little. I’ve also been trying hundreds of other things like probiotics, meditation, diet changes, etc. but nothing is working properly yet. I’m a model and this can really impact my career if not only my daily activities and well being. Does anyone have any success stories on getting rid of chronic bloating?

Cure for Chronic Bloating
I’ve been trying to find a cure to my chronic bloating for the past 6 months and I haven’t found nothing at all that works. It’s also getting me down because I’m skinny everywhere else but my belly just pops out like I’m about 6 months pregnant. If you find anything can you please tell me 😩
I found acupuncture and herbs to be the most helpful. When I go every week, it helps manage my bloating so much. But when I skip a couple of weeks, the bloating increases a lot. If your insurance doesn’t cover it, there are Groupons. I recommend going to an Asian acupuncturist or someone who has deep knowledge in the field
I’ve found eliminating gluten from my diet and reducing dairy helps. But I agree that the bloating can be very distressing. I seem to start the day ok but then bloat up like I’m carrying a football in my tummy. Following the endo diet does seem to help though and I feel better when I follow it carefully xxx

It’s a diet which aims to help relieve symptoms of endo, by eliminating gluten, dairy and other foods which can have an inflammatory effect. If you look at the Endo Resolved website it has more info. It definitely seems to have helped me. Xxx
Have you tried a castor oil pack treatment. It helped me with bloating and pain relief.
Also try psyllium husk tablets. it works for IBS , constipation, bloating . It's gluten, soy and dairy free fibre tablets which are gentle on the stomach.
I also drink warm freshly squeezed lemon water every morning when I get up. best drunk in the morning and 30 mins before you eat.
I’ve tried castor oil with a heat pack and it didn’t help until I went to acupuncture the next day, it took away my pain and reduced my bloating. I’ve also tried fiber pills but it made my digestion go crazy. I’m not on probiotics and will also get enzymes soon
Your right , Sometimes you don't feel the effects of the castor oil pack when you first use it until the next day.
I had mine on for 1 and a half hours. 30 minutes wasn't effective enough for me. I believe it can be used between 30 minutes and 2 hours.
I use turmeric, papaya (papain), ginger and pineapple (bromelain) digestive enzymes. They are ant- inflammatory and help with pain relief as well as bloating and digestion.
If you have a fresh pineapple or tin of it in juice that works well.
I'm afraid it's trial and error till you find what helps your body.
