Prolonged spotting

Hey guys,

I had my first lap to remove endo and an ovarian cyst just under 6 months ago, at the same time I at a mirena coil fitted to reduce pain and symptoms.

I thought my my periods would have settled after the coil, which it did for the first few months but I’ve been spotted dark brow discharge for about a month now. Is this normal?

I’ve also recently noticed very mild pain exactly where I used to feel (but severe before the lap). Should I wait it out or do I need to speak to someone again? Would be really helpful to get other people’s experiences too x
