6 weeks post lap pains ?? And moving forward TTC

Good morning

I’ve recently had surgery 6 weeks ago and am back to normal self but this last week getting the usual pains which I only get before my period . My endo was found on utero sacral ligaments and in cavity near bowel as well as a small cyst on right ovary and both tubes were stuck down and on my appendix.

Could my pains be general healing as don’t have them this early in my cycle it’s a dull sensation and spreads down my legs. Also TTC but due to my age I’m clutching at straws any tips on things I can do to improve my chances ?
