Birth control pills and mini pill same time?

Who's experienced birth control pills and mini pill every day prescribed by your doctor?. My gynecologist prescribed me Contains. Ethinyl Estradiol (0.02mg)+ Desogestrel (0.15mg) one Tablet at morning and dinogest 2mg at night. I saw dinogest's tablet booklet don't take with birth control pills.my doubt is My gynecologist wrongly prescribed to me due to lack of experience? or angry with me?.
