Had laparoscopy and removal of endo on 17 May. Rested fully for two weeks and then gone into exercise again. No issue with exercise but keep getting odd pain in my belly button afterwards sometimes and it'll hurt to lie on my side or to touch. Is this just normal recovery? It's not super painful but just feels sore and tender afterwards sometimes.
