Please help - pain after hysterectomy

Hi

Can anyone help me hysterectomy 4 years ago today have got right ovary.

Approx 1 year ago admitted with excessive pain endometriosis all over pelvis endometrioma on right ovary

They say I have so much nerve damage I get regular UTI I am on prostap, tibilone, codeine, pregablin about to start sertraline.

I feel like I am drowning gyna appointment tomorrow what do I say?

Be open and honest, don’t sugar coat anything. If you’re miserable and that’s how the majority of your days feel, tell them! Do not let them down play it, or brush it off.

I understand. Just be persistent. I have to remind myself of that too. I always end up getting nervous and let them just poo poo me off. Not anymore. Tired of being miserable all the time. I hope your appointment goes well

Sounds like you have severe post hysterectomy endometriosis. Be very open and honest with them because I've had this for many years. It's likely they may try and fob you off and suggest it's something else. Good luck with your appointment. I felt just the same years ago. You feel like you're going mad. I hope you have a good specialist. xx

Before you go to the appointment

Write a list of concerns- read it out

You may have already done that

Endo brings many things pain,scar tissue which will still be inside.

As it can not be seen without scans - it still bleeds,and acts like glue attaching to other

areas - so pain - I have had the op got pain and some un-pleasant problems which meant

hospital visits.
