Hey don't be sorry, that's what this website is for. It's difficult for others to understand, and it's good to get it off your chest.I have a constant bloated belly, to the point I have to wear trousers that cover the bloat. I take meds for it.
Have you spoken to your GP, as its good to express your worries, and they can also assist in chasing up referrals, as well as help with your anxiety.
I'm anxious all the time.
Or ring the gyane secretary, to see what's happening. Usually the number should be on the letter, or ring hospital switchboard to get you to the right place to your enquiry.
It's always hard to think the worst, and our mind goes into overload.
I hope this helps. The not knowing is hard, hopefully you have a supportive someone that can support you.
I've battled on my own for a every long time, but I had to seek the help I needed, for my own sanity. I'm come from a cultural background, where it was hard to express or talk about this.
But I couldn't do it anymore, and saw for help.
On this website, there will be always be someone that will listen.
Hi lovely, so sorry you’re feeling like this. My belly is bloated pretty much everyday, I hate it. I sort of look like I’m pregnant which makes it even worse, I’ve had someone ask if I’m pregnant before so now I try and wear looser clothes to cover it. If you’re really worried about it being cancer they should see you within 2 weeks (I’m not sure how long it’ll be with covid) Explain to your doctor that you’re worried it could be cancer and they should be able to speed things up for you xxx
I rang this morning and she is trying to sort it out. They just blame everything on endo which makes me anxious. I’m glad to read others suffer with bloated ness just as much and it’s not just me. I wear baggy stuff also, and can just feel how swollen my belly is standing up it pushes right out it’s such a horrible feeling xx
I’m so sorry to hear this and can understand it’s a worry the bloating is part of the endo condition evening primrose oil with star flower helps a lot take it everyday from Holland and Barrett or from anywhere.
Beetroot juice or a good cold press juice works wonders for helping you clear your constipation without meds. Also prune juice works very well.
Try to get out into nature it does help ease the mind and releases a lot of anxiety but of course seek professional advice for your main concern 🙏 our minds often go to the worse place so keep it focused on positive things in your life - I know it’s not easy but worrying so much can you make you worse.
Drink plenty of water and try not to eat any wheat when your this uncomfortable it makes bloating worse.
Goodluck I’m sending you healing prayer in this with my advice hope it helps in some way it helps me and is only basic tips.
Yes it’s hard to change but once you do it will change the whole system and they said anxiety is often connected to the gut.Get some guided meditation on you tube keep that mind calm.
I suffered horrendous anxiety before my last lap it was worse than the operation itself. So I do understand 🙏💚
Hi. I know how you feel. There are some things that make it worse for me. The big one is yeast I have to check all the labels as it’s in everything or so it seems. Also onions, eggs, and oats that’s another big issue. I take evening primrose, dandelion and marshmallow root which all help a little (amongst other stuff) . As my bowel uterus and left ovary are “mangled” I have to be careful what I eat and drink. Peppermint tea is good. If you find anything that helps pkease let us know 🤗
Yeah mine seems to be all the time atm so I must change what I’m eating, my belly is so tender and swollen. I dread to think what mine looks like. I got surgery soon I’m praying it helps me 😞 xx
Hi Leon, just found your post. I have been suffering from bloating for over a year, they found me a fibroid, then had an operation, but the bloating stayed. Then they found me Sibo got treated then was kinda ok for 3 weeks and bum constant bloating again. Then I instead for laproscopy because had a an ovarian cyst which burst and when they opened me found stage 4 endometriosis both ovaries, tube and bladder. Now 3 weeks after the operation my belly still bloated and painful. Is that ever gonna go away?.Did you manage to had the operation. Hope you are feeling better. Sending lots of xxx Megi
