Feel very Depressed and miserable today

Hello everyone.I have stage 4 severe endometriosis and cervical spondylosis both very painful conditions.I sent a few private messages out with my go fund me link to some of the ladies that had the same condition as me.Sadly,they did not reply to tell me this is not allowed but reported straight to Admin.

Today is a particularly bad day and i can’t even leave my bed and support contacted via a polite warning email that it was inappropriate but gave me permission to leave the link in my bio.

I did not know this was not allowed and i apologise to everyone.I didn’t choose this life of pain and only needed help to make things better.I started antidepressants few days ago and it is messing with me as well.

I wouldn't worry about the go fund me link. We all make mistakes when we don't know things and the warning is just to let you know not to do it. Your apology I'm sure it truly accepted and I'd just let it go now if you can. Great that they'll let you leave a link in your bio. How lovely is that. You are of immense value and need to look after yourself. Remember God loves us and even in the midst of really difficult times there is hope. Sending you a big virtual hug xx

Just to add... it just crossed my mind... are you drinking enough water? So sorry you're having such a rough time and hope you'll feel relief soon. I know lots of people on anti depressants and they can really help. Just takes several weeks and the relief will begin. Take care xx

I normally drink between 1-3litres of fluids daily no alcohol or carbonated/fizzy drinks just water and juice but I struggle to pee and the pain is out of this world so some days i don’t want to drink as much.
