Hi there. I'm hoping someone has experienced similar as I'm slowly going in sane! I had pelvic repair surgery last June and since then I haven't been right. Symptoms before surgery was bad pressure and urgency to wee which was interfering with day to day life. Post surgery i didn't really see any improvement. Then I started to get UTI's of after the other. In October the pain and discomfort was so bad I was referred for an ultrasound to see if I had kidney stones and they were the issue - no kidney stones but I did have a 5cm cyst pressing on my bladder. So I was in to get this removed via laparoscopy 2 weeks ago. Doc also found endometriosis at the time and successfully removed that also. Had the typical postoperative discomfort at first as expected. Then my tummy started to feel much better - when again the bladder urgency and burning returns. Went back to doc on Monday and I have UTI. 3 days antibiotics now taken but not feeling any better. I'm just finding it so hard to cope with this - I feel things have gone from bad to worse since I had the pelvic repair surgery 😪. Would love to hear other people's experience - maybe this is expected post surgery and will take some time? Thanks all.
