Hey so I have noticed with my current period and last one that when the cramps come on especially evenings and night I have this urgency to wee feeling, you know like the little pains of my bladder trickle filling up? Well I don't need a wee but it comes on strong and doesn't really subside. It's worse when my bladder is actually empty, being a bit full seems to dull the odd sensation a little.
Anyone else get this?
Painkillers don't kick it, I am properly hydrated and all that stuff.
History: had endo excised from around my bladder, uterus and bowel in 2017 to 2018, and all unstuck. Some symptoms are back regarding bowel and uterus endo, and no success TTC for over 3 years, so am back with my specialist for a lap, excision and hysteroscopy later this month.

HiMight be worth asking GP to do a urine test, at least it’ll rule out infection. Chances are it’s not, but ruled out just in case. I’ve had various bladder issues, when I had hysterectomy he had to clear ureters of adhesions. If my abdomen starts to hurt, I have to push to get bladder to work.
Hopefully you won’t have to wait long for op, do you have a date?
Good idea about the urine test for infections. I have a pee on a stick tests which looks for white blood cells and proteins (amongst other things) I shall try that first. Currently on my period so any test will come up a bit strange! I'm on day 4 and the urgency to wee isn't there any more.
I think I'll be the same as you; last lap my specialist has to remove adhesions off my left ureter which was also stuck to my uterus. So that could be recurring.
Yes, my lap date is the 21st Jan! Coming round quick.
Not far off, hopefully they don’t find too much 🤞I bought some early last year to keep a check, that’s one thing I haven’t felt the need to do since op. Round period was always the worst.
