Sharp pains after prostap

Hi

I had my injection last Wednesday (I’m on the monthly one) ever since then I’m having very sharp pains in my abdomen and back and I’m exhausted.

Has anyone else experienced this? When does it start to die down.

I did read on the internet it may make symptoms worse for a few days.
