Post Laparoscopy Pain in groin area

I had my surgery 2 weeks tomorrow and I still have sudden pain in the left groin area (in the crease) when I move my leg quickly, get out of bed, walk a little bit faster - I've been taking walks for the past week but move like a snail which is so annoying. Plus I have a pain and tenderness across the top of my pelvic region.

Is this the normal post op pain that everyone has or is a persistent dull ache more common?

On a plus note, my bloating is definitely reducing. Any shared experiences are so helpful. Thanks and hope everyone has a good Sunday.
