Hi all,

I had surgery on 9th September and feel like I’m getting myself back to normal; but the past couple of days I’ve been feeling bloated and I don’t know if that’s normal 3 weeks after surgery did anyone else experience this?

Thanks all x

I was bloated for months after. It took a long time for it to go down for me. But I also have a lot of other medical illnesses so they could have also played a role. Be gentle with yourself. You just had a surgery a few weeks ago. Your body will take months to fully heal on the inside. It’s why you shouldn’t lift anything heavy for 6-8 weeks.
