Pain weeks after laparoscopy

Hello!

I have had laparoscopy 3 weeks ago and I’m having pain, I had a huge cyst and my left ovary removed. I was just fine a few days ago. I didn’t have any pain and my incisions felt fine. It seems right after my post op check 2 days ago I’ve been feeling in pain. I drove myself to the ER the other night because I woke up in pain. My incisions aren’t red or leaking but they feel like they are on fire. They did a CT and urine sample and blood test to which everything came back normal. I got put on antibiotics just Incase of BV because I did have strong smelling urine and a weird odor down there but that seems to have passed and I haven’t gotten my prescription yet. I’m just baffled because I was feeling like I could do cart wheels and had no pain and now I feel very achey. And no I didn’t try the cart wheels out 😆 💕thanks all.

How are you feeling now? It might be dehydration especially with the odour. Are you drinking plenty of water? It’s easy not to, I keep falling into that trap.

I’m feeling so much better now! Thank you so much for asking. No more pain! It’s like I never had surgery. I also am not having any more odor. Guess my body was just not healed yet. 🤗💕💕

Hi I know this post is 2 months old but I had a lap 21st September and I’m in serious pain. It’s been a month and a half since my lap and just wondered how long it took for you to feel better internally?
