I’d at the very least see if the nurse at GP surgery can take a look. They are often better than the doctors for this. If it’s not stopping bleeding maybe speak to out of hours or A&E. It’s a bit hard to tell with the dressing on. Is there any smell?
Ring your gp surgery. They will be able to help you. Hope you’re ok and recovering well
