Why am I bleeding if I’m on prostap and desogestrel???

3 prostap 3 monthly but I’ve been on zoledex as well 2 months on desogestrel

I did 3 months on pro stap and now on desogestrel the nurse said to me I might bleed heavy as everything will be breaking down. If you feel its going on for too long or your worried I'd get in touch with doc or hospital
