Two step approach to chocolate cysts

Is this what hope feels like? I swear I had forgotten. The specialist from the endo centre just called me. Recommends a two step approach, drain the cysts (mine are bilateral and big), zoladex for three months, remove the rest of the cysts. He wants to preserve my AMH and try to prevent premature ovarian failure. One cyst is up to 19cm. I am legitimately impressed by the time he took to talk things through with me.

Anyone else had a two step approach?

hello, yes i had it last year. And it does help you preserve AMH. And is comparatively low risk. :)

Hiya - thanks so much for replying. Do you mind me asking how long they made you wait for the initial surgery?
