Hi, just recently I have noticed that when I have done some core exercises, I then start bleeding within a couple of days. First time I mucked out our stables and then just a few days ago I started an at home workout including crunches, the plank etc and now I’m bleeding again! On a good note I have been booked in for my 2nd laparoscopy on 17th so fingers crossed I get some answers as I’m still waiting for a diagnosis
