I have currently been taking one cetirizine tablet a day (just a bog standard hay-fever and allergy relief from asda) as I read somewhere that hay-fever tablets can stop endo adhesions growing.
I'm also taking one chewable vitamin c tablet a day as I read it was supposed to have the same effect.
Can someone please clarify if these really do work on endometriosis as I've been told an awful lot of conflicting information.

I’ve taken antihistamines on and off, tried a spurt end of last year to see if it would help with throat, can’t really say it helped with the symptoms I was getting for endo. There are so many different things out there, and it has an anti-inflammatory effect, so does vit C.
Be interested if it has been useful.
I’ve just read an article that said endo is an infection and treated by antibiotics, if only that easy!
The consultant did ask about past infections, anywhere, as there can be a link, but no sign of infection at lap.
Hi I tried antihistamines as prescribed by the pelvic pain clinic to help with the systemic inflammation and bowel issues but after several months it did nothing for me but worth a try x
