Prolong period with cloth

Hi

I had a fibroid operation 2 year ago and I am still diagnosed of fibroid. I have been taking serrapeptase and web-enzyme medications. This month my period has gotten to day 12 and still on with some blood cloths. Can someone tell me what is going with me?
