Anyone had surgery for.....

Hi hope everyone is keeping as well as can be, so I got my letter from the hospital today, I have a frozen pelvis, obliterated pouch of douglas and stage 4 endo, MRI showed rectovaginal nodule involved in less than 50% of the rectal circumference but no ingestion to rectal mucosal, they also say about definitive surgery, hysterectomy and BSO or conservative surgery and they think I will need at least colchester grade 2 procedure! I'm not sure what all this means and my appointment isn't till the end of the month and I have so many questions...... can anyone give me any advice or experience they have had, anything/advice would be great.
