Morning cramps

Does anyone else wake up with bad cramps? Mine are by the right ovary/hip and are very painful.

Mine are always worse in the morning I think I’m more tense at night cause I’m not moving around the tissue would be very still and less flexible x

I always wake-up in pain. I think having a full bladder and bowel puts pressure on the scar tissue etc inside. (My personal theory not a medical opinion)

Yes! I thought it was just me! Id say 5 out of 7 days i wake up with some form of pain or feeling uncomfortable x

Yes, over time yoga and walking daily has help my symptoms.

Mine are often worse in the morning, not sure if its because I've been lieing down for so many hours then standing. Mine are sometimes worse if my bladder has filled up more overnight. X
