does anyone feel like they need about 3 hotwater bottles to deal with twinges and cramps? first day of my period, and after forgetting myself and jumping up and down at the football today screaming at my team (great way of burning of steam) I am now lying on the sofa with the cramps from hell watching along came polly hugging my hot water bottle. It can be so overwhelming at times when cramps just come on at you out of nowhere. I am literally stuck just now as I can't sit forward due to them Neurophan plus has been taken, I think it'll be di hydrocodine for tonight.
How is everyone else feeling tonight? vent out as much as you need, we are all here together xxxx

If you have any Clary sage essential oil rub some on your stomach and ankles. It does help ease the pain and the anxiety. (you can also add to your bath and soak in it).
I've been using for the last couple of days and it seems to be easing my pains. I put on my stomach and pelvic area. let it soak in then use my Magnetic heat pad or hot water bottle. ( don't use the heat pad in the bath as the heat from the water will do the job of the heat pad or hot water bottle)
ohh thanks for that, I have muscle rub I might use and see if that helps its a different one I got when I was in Australia, i'll try that before bed tonight. Hope you are doing ok. Thanks for the hugs xxx
