odd 1 day mini period before actual period

Hey, weird question; does anyone get like the start of their period for 1 day then a day break and then it properly starts.

It's really weird but that's what my periods have been doing for the last few months. It's odd but does mean I have warning it's going to start. Previously it's always just started.

I'm 36ish have endo, had excision about 2 years ago, not on any hormones - they don't suit me. I only have symptoms around my period. This mini period before my actual one is heavier than spotting, bright red, like a cut, sorry if TMI, but no endo flareup symptoms and no pain. My actual period is full on, clots, and everything, with all the crampy, achey flareup symptoms for three days.

Any ideas?
