Hmm, may be a good idea to have a chat with your GP; it could be a side effect of the hormones you're taking (some do cause spotting) which can clear up as your body gets used to it or it just stays. Or it could be something else in your vagina / cervix which your GP may need to visually look at.
You'll need your GP to check your cervix with a speculum. Usually the same as a cervical smear test where they take a swab sample of the cervix to send for testing and visually check the appearance.
I had discharge with small blood spots; doctor had a look at my cervix and said i had cervical ectropion (cervical erosion). That's where sensitive cells further up the cervix randomly appear at the base which can cause slight bleeding with it being more sensitive. It's something that just happens and can be sorted as an outpatient / day case in hospital where they laser, chemically removed or cut out a tiny bit of that sensitive tissue off your cervix while having local anaesthetic. It heals fine, won't usually come back, doesn't affect anything else now or in the future.
Your white discharge - you can check online for what is normal discharge but usually on the contraceptive type hormones the discharge changes to thicker and more white to prevent sperm travel.

Now I'm currently taking Norethisterone (10mg) 2 per day. I took last 4 days. I'm a endometriosis patient. Today early morning 4.30am started abdominal pain and leg pain and back pain. 7.30am I had been blood spotting. Now my question is, this is the symptoms of cervical ectropion ?. How to check this for virgin girl?
I’ve started to take the pill again recently to manage symptoms, and found once i was on my 3rd pack, back to back - like they recommend now, I had break through bleeding, which become progressively heavier. I ended up bleeding for about 3 weeks. Your body takes time to adjust to the hormones. I think break through bleeding is quite common on the pill.
