How do you deal with/do you have any tips for dealing with the extreme tiredness that comes with endo? I have a healthy plant based diet, I don't eat gluten and I try and sleep 7/8 hours a night, but I'm still shattered. Any tips? Thanks so much in advance.

I am in the same boat infact the debilitating tiredness is one of my main symptons.
