Dealing with extreme tiredness

How do you deal with/do you have any tips for dealing with the extreme tiredness that comes with endo? I have a healthy plant based diet, I don't eat gluten and I try and sleep 7/8 hours a night, but I'm still shattered. Any tips? Thanks so much in advance.

Hi Claire

I am in the same boat infact the debilitating tiredness is one of my main symptons.

I find exercise helps surprisingly and lots of early nights.

Claire I suffer terribly with tiredness its debilitating. I too exercise daily and try and nap if my husbands at home even just 30 mins helps me. I take iron supplements and evening primrose oil x
