Pregnancy full term without a lap possible any stories

Hiya I’m posting on here because I have had possible endo it’s been under investigation a while while under investigation I got pregnant baby was lost at 12.5 week now the pain is back I keep thinking it’s the endo what caused misscarrige what can I do next time to keep my pregnancy full term has everyone had to have a lap or has anyone got pregnant without a lap I’m scared of scarring and damage to my ovaries having a lamp consultant recommended having the pill to calm cyst but I was pregnant by then I don’t know what to do try conceive again see what happens or have a lap this was my first misscarrige I’ve had children most pain is where I had previous section surgery
