I had my laproscopy excision surgery for stage 4 endo 7 weeks ago but I still havnt had a period I'm on no contraception. Has this happened to anyone else? Is this normal ? And I'm still having hot flush effects from the 3 month decepeptyl injection I had 3 months prior my surgery to prep for easier excision.
When did your side effects from this ware off?
Just getting fed up a bit of these hot flushes they come on so easy now I know when it's about to happen before it does now as it happens so often.

Hi Immy, I had my laparoscopy in June and I am still having hot flushes and haven’t had a period yet. My consultant told me it could be a few months until I have a period, and I’ve been having cramps again so maybe that means a period is due soon. I’m not sure if it’s “normal” or if it answers your question but it is frustrating because my husband and I really want to start trying for a baby soon.
Thank you for your reply .. it's just nice to know I'm not alone as you hear about the horrific periods not long after a laproscopy.. but we've had nothing yet so ... I guess we can only be patient and greatfull at the moment.. that must be frustrating for the baby making side of things, but it gives you a little more time to rest up and plan your lives together in the mean time.
Let me know if a period appears or any updates please if you can.. never thought I'd say it but I'm just waiting for a period so bad too lol
