Thrush / piles before period?

Hi, does anyone get really bad thrush and piles before period? It’s beginning to get unbearable and all month I have stabbing and shooting pains all over my stomach and legs.

When you say thrush/ piles. Is it a severe itching inbetween the two ‘holes’ so to speak? And you can’t figure out which on it is x

No it’s thrush and genuine bleeding piles it’s awful having both at once, then once periods here it clears up

How do you know it’s bleedintg piles? Can you see/feel them to know for sure? I bleed from my bowel every month and was told a year ago it was piles but now know that it’s actually the endo on my Bowel. I basically get a 2 week period from my bum 😳 nothing to do with piles. I also get the thrush a lot. Switching to cloth pads and using fem fresh help a lot but unfortunately it’s one of the lesser talked about side effects of endo- a hormonal imbalance basically

I just had endo removed from my bowel and bladder so it may have been this on top of the piles. I get them because I get constipated before my period then I have to go to the toilet a lot when I get my period and then it’s the itching and bleeding from piles I’ve had them since I was 19 they are internal
