I’m so sorry if this is too much info to share🥲😅I used to get piles years ago from straining too much with my bowel movements growing up but for about 4 years I havnt had one and I’ve woke up this morning with the worsttt one💔 does anybody have any tips that work fast and best???

hi! The only thing I’ve ever used for mine is Anusol cream if that helps?! They’re honestly so painful to deal with I’m sorry! 💔

hi, you need to see a good nutritional therapist like Dian Shepperson Mills who understands Endo and can help loosen your stools so that you do not need to strain. endometriosis.co.uk

Anusol suppositories and warm baths. Sitting on a rubber ring might be more comfy too.

I have hemmoids and just had hemmoids banding done to get rid of the hemmoids. The pain after the procedure is so painful. But might be worth looking into if it's causing you problems

You can get can get Scheriproct from your gp. It is a steroid and works quickly. I hope you get some relief soon xx
