crazy dizziness before period

my period is due on Monday and I've been getting awful dizziness...does anyone else get this?

same here, it's horrible. I have a headache as well today, bloating too

went to sainsburys yesterday and kept feeling like my legs were going to give way

yesterday evening I felt like I had loads of gas, you know when your stomach inflates, like you need to pass lots of wind or have eaten too much -obvs it wasn't that - worst pre period endo bloating I've ever had - it felt sooo uncomfortable

I've never felt dizziness before a period - but I image if it's relatively extreme, you might have anaemia or low blood pressure. :/ Nothing to worry about really, just drink more fluids through out your period and take iron supplements.

yes, sadly I've been getting dizziness/faintness before period and on the first two days a lot since the last 5 years and it's only getting worse..

Yes I get this, I also have migraines and always think the hormone changes around my period bring on the dizziness x
