Does anyone else have bleeding and pass clots after excercise?
I have been trying to lose weight and I am nearing the end of my journey so decided to add some more exercise to reach my final weight goal. I have been a member of a gym for a few years and going at least once a week but have recently started going 3 times a week. I spend about an hr there each time and do a mix of cardio and some weights. I am finding that afterwards I have a few days of bloody discharge and every time I use the toilet I am passing small clots around the size of a 20p piece. Sometimes they are just there with no painand I don't feel them and other times I have a little pain and I can feel that I am passing them. Is this 'normal' for endo?

Hiya. What you are experiencing sounds more extreme than me but I have had something similar. Since April I have been in constant pain on my right hand side - still waiting for the hospital to see me but i’m sure it’s a cyst. I spot and sometimes pass clots after exercise and intercourse. I’m on nexplanon which stopped my periods since January but last week I had a horrendous period. The GP said on Monday that was concerning but also that this and the other bleeding after activity is part of endo! I used to be very active, and now can’t do as much... so it’s not quite the same, my body was used to much more high intensity exercise than I do now, whereas it sounds like you have experienced this while increasing exercise? Sorry to hear you are suffering, and I totally respect you finding the motivation to do more exercise - I need it but it’s so hard these days, it’s a monumental effort to do things I used to bounce about doing without thinking! Peace!
