I'm 31 and was diagnosed in 2012 with savere endometriosis and ovarian cysts, Ive had 2 surgeries in 2012 and managed to conceive naturally in 2016 even whilst suffering badly with the pain(my miracle baby) . I had more surgery in 2017 to remove endometriosis but again now I am suffering badly with pain in my lower back (coccyx) and stomach pain
I currently take 5ml liquid morphine every 4 hours paracetamol and ibuprofen, my gp just tells me there is no more they can do (I have to rule out horemone treatment as I'm trying to conceive again)
I have tried all pain mediction (I'm allergic to codine and tramadol makes me hallucinate)
I've tried cbd oil which didn't help pain management.
I've tried anti-depressants and anti-seizure medications to block my nerve to block pain but they didn't work.
but currently I'm curled up on the sofa with heat pads holding back the tears.
Where do I go from here?
What's next?
Thanks

Really weird, but has your GP even suggested physio? mine was reluctant to suggest it saying that any pain along my spine will require surgery if painkillers do not treat it - which really scared me so I looked into it, read as much as I could - and decided on pushing for the physio route, which in the end I did on my own as docs were so slow and the NHS just didn't care as it's not "life threatening".
I posted a response to another lovely ladies query a while back, about back pain, I've actually had the same coccyx pain as you so hopefully my reply to her post will help you too!
You may find through physio as your back improves and strengthens theres less pressure on your core so your stomach pain may ease, but that may a different thing to look at. Anyway the physio is definitely worth looking into - we don't realise how much we put our backs through and what happens if the muscles holding it all are simply not strong enough.
Thank you for your reply, I have done physio in the past which wasn't a great help. I will suggest it to my Gp again and see.
It just seams at the moment I've exhausted all avenues and Dr's are just throwing painkillers at me to mask the problem with little to no success.
Dr's tell me to exercise and strengthen my core but this isn't easy when I'm either in agony or on so much medication I couldn't find my way to the gym let alone work out.
You could try a mobility and movement sports massage therapist - I also see one of them. They know about existing conditions and can help with the strengthening your core just using everyday objects and the floor. They work through what you can do and slowly build up, with little bits of homework. You can even have one in your own home - okay that bit costs more.
Have you tried yoga? That is something I'm doing, some women say it definitely helps as it strengthens and you can feel it. I think you can get 121 classes, or google some starting guides.
I know it's horrible because stuff hurts and you're in pain, perhaps even just talking to a movement specialist may help you work out where to even start. It's all about finding that specialist that knows your issues and can work with you rather than from a general set of physio massages.
I see a lovely lady for aromatherapy massage, with essential oils and compresses - that really helps my stomach cramps around my period - she does lots of stuff tailored to each individual, a good avenue to try - alternative therapies are an option. I'm looking into acupuncture!
Surgery does help for a few years but the surgeon doesn't want to dive straight into surgery this time because its only been two years since my last op and there worried about causing more scar tissue which could hinder my chances of conception.
The Dr's are also concerned that some of the pains I have in my side are caused from scar tissue from the previous surgery noso much the endo.
Sounds really tough, it's exhausting being in so much pain. I'm sure you have already tried it, but have you ever been prescribed amitriptyline for the pain? I've found it helpful for me, seems to take the edge off (but not remove it), also helps me get to sleep when I'm in pain.
I tried acupuncture before I had the first surgery it was the miracle cure for my back. Helped a little for my abdomen. Though it can get expensive. Some doctors were all for it, others said I was wasting my time and money. The other thing I would recommend is naproxen I was moved up to it before acupuncture and it helped but I did have to go on omeprazole with it as any other medication than ibuprofen really upsets my stomach.
At one point I was topping up pain relief with oramroph so regular my doctor wasn’t happy so he switched me to slow release morphine (MST) that made a big difference day to day activity.
