I am under a consultant that is on leave or the secretary is on leave or the person in complaints department is on leave.. cannot get anywhere keep being told no appts so am thinking of changing hospitals. Hoping my GP be able to authorise this but will I need to ask for all my notes from old hosp because they don’t seem to share info. Has anyone changed and how easy was it?
