post op problems

HI Ladies.

have any of you had post surgery complications.

after my endo op,i complained about my left leg being sore/painful and i was told it would be better .

4 days after i lost senses on my lower leg and foot ,i attended physio ,did and MRI (discovered i have a slip disc) and also did a nerve conduct, i still have the back pain on the left side and still cant feel my left foot

i now need an explanation how the endo op could've caused my nerve damage and slip disc

please please help me
