Anyone else diagnosed with endo have bowel bleeding when on there period..

So I had surgery and was diagnosed in Jan 2018 after years of doctors app I got a new doctor and she finally refered me to a gyne doctor at my local hospital anyways I had my surgery was diagnosed even tho the surgeon was convinced I just suffered with bad periods.. So 4 months later the pains back and I started bleeding from my back passage aswell and heavy bleeding and clot from my period has anyone else had this I'm due to have a colonoscopy but I'm on a 8 week waiting list I'm so worried the endo has done something to my bowel
