Any positive results with Chinese herbal medicine / acupuncture?

Hi all, I'd be keen to hear feedback from people who have used Chinese herbal medicine and / or acupuncture to treat their endo symptoms.

I have been seeing a (non-Chinese medicine) herbalist for the last six months and - while I've been able to manage some of my pain better with the medicine she's given me - I don't feel the treatment is really working for my general endo symptoms. I feel like my pains are just getting worse each month in the lead up to my period, and starting earlier. I feel like I need to take something with a bit more 'oomph'!

I know there is no magic cure for endo, and that everyone is different, but I've heard good things about Chinese traditional medicine, so would be keen to try that next. Any feedback or advice would be great - and if anyone is able to recommend any particular practitioners they've used in London, that would be really helpful (if that is allowed?!)

Thanks for your reply - really good to see how Chinese medicine has helped you. I'm definitely going to look into acupuncture. Never heard of Moxibustion but will look into this too!
