Had Surgery today- long

So today I had my laparoscopic surgery. I was so nervous that they wouldn’t find anything and that the constant pain I’ve had for 1.5 years was nothing physical. Some background- as a teenager I had horrible cramps but after getting on bc in my twenties when I got married it all went away. Fast forward now in my 30s (and off bc to give a rest from hormones) my cramps were back. But the symptom that has been the most painful was actually burning in my urethra/vagina but really deep in there. Not external. They diagnosed me with pelvic floor disfunction and started pt. One pt flared me so bad the pain became constant. Another pt helped a lot but I still had that burning pain. They then discovered I had a chocolate cyst after seeing a endo specialist. I pushed my urogyn to see one. Well today my surgeon not only removed the leaking cyst but I had endo completely covering the ovary which she had to remove and endo on my bladder and ureters. I’m so hoping this is the reason for my burning during urination and in general. So even if you don’t have the typical endo pain and it’s bladder issues please girls don’t stop pushing. Mine ended up being the “rare” areas for endo and even my surgeon was surprised. So I went in thinking I would have no endo to now having endo, and missing and ovary.
