my wife has terrible bowel pain every time of the month she has had a TVUS andit has come back clear but she only had pain for 3 moths when this happened is there a chance the TUVS has missed something and her utraus is attached? but could it be hrmonel becuse we have been married 18 years and she has never been like this and just after her period she is very aroused that is as ploite as i can put it

Endometriosis may not always show up on scans so it is possible that there is something missed.

I would recommend that she goes back to her GP for further investigations. I would also suggest that she keeps a pain diary so that the doctor can see any patterns to her pain and symptoms. You can find an example here:

Of course, the bowel pain may be a symptom of other things so please ask her to persist in finding out what is wrong.
